Car Rental Reservations:

          Reservations are held with a MasterCard or Visa.  The credit card will be authorized for the estimated amount upon pick-up.  Since the amount can change due to extentions, additional mileage, fees, or early returns, cards will be charged when the vehicle is returned.

          Renters must be 30 years of age and posses a US drivers license.  Renters must also provide their own insurance.  If your Insurance policy does not cover rental cars you can buy travel insurance that covers rentals.  We often work with Travel Gaurd.

Reservations for Additional Services:

          Along the Dalton Highway there are services available.  Hotel rooms/ tours are paid for upon the time of reservation.

Cancellations:

          Cancellations that are received up to 4 days prior to reserved date are 100% refundable.  Cancellations and alterations received within 4 days to the reserved date or return date are subject to a charge equal to one day of rental.
